We answer all your questions about our Lightboards.
Who are your customers?
We serve mostly educators. We have worked with schools, universities and even corporate training institutions in Singapore. We are also a choice supplier to production studios in Singapore.
When can I expect delivery?
The Lightboards are an individually built product hence, delivery typically takes approximately 10-12 days. We may have some in-stock at the moment, so do contact us for more information.
Can I try it first?
Yes. You are welcome to arrange a visit to our office to try out the Lightboard for yourself. You may not be able to record a high-quality video and audio session but it does give you a feel for things.
What camera should I use?
You require a camera which allows for manual exposure. There are certain apps available on the iPhone and other Android phones that allow you to capture high-quality video. For audio, you need a lapel microphone. There are plug-in solutions for phones too.
Can I return the item?
Yes. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product, you have 7 days to return for a full refund. However, any custom builds/upgrades are non-refundable.
Is there a warranty on the lightboards?
Yes. There is a one-year warranty for everything on all our Lightboards.
What kind of markers should I use?
There are a couple of options, each with it's own pros and cons. After much testing, we settled on the Pilot V-Board Marker Pens. We usually go with Red and Orange.
How do I clean the glass?
We use a paper towel to wipe the marker stains off the board first, and then we spray a layer of glass cleaner. After that, we use a squeegee to clean. We then wipe the board down with a microfibre towel.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?
This depends. We have to make sure there is a reliable logistics service for your area. Do contact us and we will be able to advise you on this.
